Our History
At the time of its conception, The name Bovino was chosen to reflect two factors; “bovine” to signify our choice in genuine leather, while “vino” indicated our original product; The Bovino Wine Carrier.
Over time the collection evolved to include a selection of bags.

Bovino Manufacturing (Pty) Ltd is a level 2 B-BBEE compliant job creation initiative, striving to make a difference in the nearby communities of Sir Lowry’s Pass and Nomzamo.

Our factory is located in Strand, Western Cape, South Africa where our leather items are crafted and distributed from, both locally and internationally.
